Yes. Your voice stays yours throughout the collaboration. We design and structure the product, but nothing is published without your review and approval. If something doesn’t feel right to you, it doesn’t go live.
Who owns the product?
Arclane owns and operates the product. That allows us to handle hosting, delivery, support, and long-term availability without shifting operational responsibility to you.
Can I review everything before it goes live?
Yes, always. You review the full product before release — content, structure, and presentation — and we only launch once you’re comfortable with it.
What happens to the product if we stop working together?
The product can remain available through Arclane. You’re not expected to keep promoting it, while customers retain access and support continues without interruption.

How much time do I need to invest?
Your time commitment is intentionally kept focused. You contribute direction, insight, and feedback — Arclane takes care of execution, formatting, and delivery.
What do you actually need from me?
Clarity on your ideas, key points, and feedback at defined checkpoints. We guide the process so you’re not guessing what to provide or when.
How long does a collaboration usually take?
The product creation itself is time-bound and clearly structured. Depending on scope, most products are built and ready within a defined timeframe — typically 2 weeks from alignment to launch.
The collaboration as a partnership isn’t time-limited. Once the product is live, it can continue running without ongoing work or commitments from your side.
How do we communicate during the project?
Through a clear and consistent setup, supported by your Arclane Workspace. Communication, updates, and key milestones are kept in one place — no scattered messages or unclear responsibilities.

What is the Arclane Workspace?
It’s your private collaboration space with Arclane. You’ll find updates, visibility into what’s happening, and a clear overview of sales, revenue, earnings, and payouts — all in one calm place.
Do I have to “manage” anything in there?
No. You’re not expected to maintain a dashboard, update tasks, or keep anything organized. We run the structure — you simply drop in whenever you want clarity.
What will I actually see inside the Workspace?
A clean overview of what’s live and in progress, plus simple performance visibility to stay informed: sales activity, earnings, revenue, orders, and payout status.
Will this create pressure to perform or constantly check numbers?
No. The Workspace isn’t built to rank you, compare you, or push you into constant monitoring. It’s there for transparency and peace of mind — not pressure.
Is my data, and my audience’s data protected?
Yes. You’ll see the insights you need to understand your performance, but personal customer data stays protected. We keep the setup privacy-first and GDPR-compliant.

Who decides what goes into the product?
You define the core direction and substance. Arclane translates that into structure, flow, and format, with alignment at every major step.
Can the design and tone match my brand?
Yes. We adapt visuals, tone, and layout so the product feels like a natural extension of your existing work, not a generic template.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are part of the process and defined upfront. This keeps feedback focused and ensures the product moves forward without endless iteration.
What if something doesn’t feel right during production?
We check alignment early and continuously, not just at the end. If something doesn’t feel right to you, we can adjust direction at any point during production — before anything is finalized or locked in.
Can the product be updated after launch?
Yes, updates are possible. If you want to refine content, clarify parts, or make adjustments over time, we can update the product in a structured and reasonable way — without turning it into an ongoing obligation for you.
Will my collaboration be presented alongside other creators?
Yes. Collaborations are shown alongside other creators in a curated, equal way. We don’t rank, compare, or spotlight creators against each other — every collaboration is presented with the same level of care and respect.
Revenue & Payouts
How do I earn money from the collaboration?
You receive the larger share of the revenue from every sale of the product. The split is designed to be creator-first, while Arclane handles checkout, payment processing, customer billing, and ongoing operations.
When do payouts happen?
Payouts happen on a schedule that works for you — whether that’s bi-weekly or monthly. Your Arclane Workspace shows earnings, payout timing, and history clearly, so everything is easy to understand and track.
Do I need to handle taxes or invoices?
No. Arclane handles all customer-facing billing and payment administration.
What about refunds or chargebacks?
Arclane handles refunds and chargebacks directly. If a customer ever reaches out to you, you can simply let us know — we’ll take it from there and handle the refund on our side.
Can I offer discounts to my audience?
Yes, when it fits the context. Discounts are coordinated to support your audience without turning the product into a constant sales offer.
Do I have a say in pricing?
Yes, pricing is discussed together. We align on a price point that feels fair for your audience while fitting the product and its long-term positioning.
Exclusivity & Independence
Is the partnership exclusive?
No. You’re free to create and release other products or content independently.
Can I sell the product elsewhere?
No. Collaborations with Arclane are distributed through our platform to keep quality, support, and the customer experience consistent.
Do I have to promote the product?
No. Promotion is always optional and stays fully under your control.
What if I need to pause or go quiet for a while?
That’s completely fine. There are no posting requirements or activity expectations — the product can continue running while you take time for other priorities.
Support & Delivery
Who handles customer support?
Arclane does. We handle access, delivery, and customer questions from start to finish.
What if customers have access or technical issues?
We resolve those directly. You’re not expected to step in as technical support.
How are refunds handled?
Refunds are handled by Arclane under clear internal policies. This keeps the process fair, consistent, and predictable.

Do I get access to customer data?
No. Personal customer data stays with Arclane to protect privacy and ensure compliance.
Will I see performance data?
Yes. You’ll have access to clear, structured insights through your personal Arclane Workspace.
